02 · Our story
Founded in 1988 in Ningbo's Yinzhou district, Hengchieh began as a small zinc alloy die casting workshop producing industrial cabinet locks. Over three and a half decades, we've grown into a fully integrated precision hardware manufacturer with seven core manufacturing processes under one roof.
Our products — from simple cam locks to IoT-enabled smart locking systems — are found inside industrial cabinets, truck toolboxes, medical equipment carts, EV charging stations, and highway toll collection systems across more than 20 countries.
What sets us apart is our vertical integration: die casting, stamping, CNC machining, injection molding, surface treatment, assembly, and tooling all happen in-house. This means shorter lead times, consistent quality, and lower total cost for our customers.
